    Step 1

    将糖水煮滚后,取掉香兰叶备用。Bring the water for the sugar syrup to a boil, then remove the pandan leaves and set aside.

    Step 2

    将沙谷米放入热水中,用中小火不停搅拌至透明,再以清水冲洗干净,与粟米茸一同放入糖水中煮滚。Place the sago in hot water and stir continuously over medium heat until transparent. Rinse them with clean water and add to the sugar syrup along with the creamed corn. Bring to a boil.

    Step 3

    蛋黄粉加入适量水拌匀,倒入做法2的粟米茸糖水中煮至有点浓稠。Mix the custard powder with a little water until smooth, then pour it into the sugar syrup with the sago and corn. Cook until slightly thickened.

    Step 4

    加入椰浆和淡奶煮滚即可享用。Add the thick coconut milk and evaporated milk, bring to a boil, and it's ready to serve.
